This Privacy Policy explains how Caversino d.o.o. ("Caversino", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use caversino.com. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data We Collect
- Contact form data: name, email, role and message you submit voluntarily.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referrer, collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
- Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
- Affiliate tracking: when you click an outbound link to an operator, a tracking identifier is passed so the operator can credit the referral. We do not see your account details on the operator's side.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiries and partnership applications.
- To measure site traffic and improve content (analytics).
- To calculate affiliate commissions owed by operators to us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) consent for cookies and marketing communications; (b) legitimate interest for security, analytics and affiliate tracking; (c) contract when you apply to the creator network; (d) legal obligation for tax and compliance records.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with: (a) hosting and analytics providers acting as our processors; (b) operators, solely via anonymous referral identifiers; (c) authorities, where required by law.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Commission records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@caversino.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
7. International Transfers
Some of our processors operate outside the EEA. In those cases we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and industry-standard safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure, please use strong, unique passwords where you create accounts.
9. Children
The Website is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
